Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. NGHTSHFT does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide clear photo proof of the issue. If your exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement of the same item (subject to availability). If the item is out of stock, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Incorrect Sizing
Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. NGHTSHFT does not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
